Astronauts & UFOs?

Have you ever wondered if the astronauts came into contact with UFOs? The undeniable truth is, yes. There are many documented incidents of astronauts encountering the unexplainable, even in NASA’s own records and there are many NASA documented radio transmissions that reveal many astronaut and UFO encounters. Also, there is quite a large amount of photographic and video evidence of anomalous objects spotted in space during NASA missions. This is captured by astute observers and researchers that record NASA live missions, and also research older evidence in NASA recordings by astronauts themselves, and researchers that delve into NASA’s archives of mission photo imagery.

This is a sad statement to make but unfortunately, some of the NASA recordings have been lost or destroyed over time. This might astound you but, yes, the agency has lost irreplaceable footage of some of the early missions! How irresponsible of them, or possibly suspicious of them! Either way, it is considered a great loss (akin to the loss of the Great Library of Alexandria) by the UFO research community.

Anyone that does any research of the UFO topic in the government or NASA arenas, knows full well that they have withheld or classified much of the collected data as well. Not to mention that they have been accused of, and outed for, altering some of the media that have been released to the public, such as photos, satellite, and mission imagery. There are several reports by NASA employees and others stating that they witnessed NASA personnel editing out UFOs and other anomalies from photographic or video evidence as the links above confirm.

There are many, many sources for this type of research, NASA themselves for one, but since the advent of the internet, many websites have collected a ton of data on the subject. It is a simple matter to search for the information on the internet, but be warned, always follow source links back to original images or other media. Most should lead you to the NASA, JPL, or a NASA associated website. Don’t trust information that does not have back links to follow to the original source. Especially, concerning photos or media where it is claimed that a UFO was captured in the image. It is quite likely to be altered, disinformation, or simply poorly constructed webpages (those without back links). Please try not to fall prey to the UFO hoaxers and disinformation agents.

The next best place is The Jet Propulsion Laboratories – Space Images catalog.

But… As with most things related to NASA, they certainly do not make it easy to locate anomalies in images or other media. It has taken scores of years for dedicated researchers to locate NASA imagery with anomalies in them. So, starting at either of those locations is not for the faint of heart or casual type researcher. Indeed you could look for months, even years, and never come across an anomaly. So, what is the answer? Well, in my opinion, new UFO buffs should look for information from other UFO researchers and then cross-reference their information back to NASA utilizing back links and/or image file numbers. It is a far faster process.

Let’s begin with an explanation of how important astronaut sightings are and the implications of what they are reporting. There have been a multitude of reports and sightings by astronauts. Astronauts are probably the most highly trained people in the world today. They are specifically trained to be excellent observers and in the world of ufology, astronaut testimony and reports are regarded as the most credible and most reliable of all sightings or reports of UFOs. One reason for this is the amount of time and money required to train NASA astronauts. The quote below gives us an estimate of the value of a NASA Astronaut’s life:

“But astronauts are not just anyone. They are highly trained personnel in whom the government has invested tens of millions of dollars (the exact figure varies from astronaut to astronaut). Some, such as former fighter pilots, have received much more training than others. Let us therefore err on the high side and assign a value of $50 million per astronaut, including intrinsic worth and training.” ~ Reason Magazine – Robert Zubrin | From the February 2012 issue

Roughly fifty million US dollars per astronaut! That is an insane amount of money to spend on a single individual’s training. No way they (NASA or the government) would spend that much money on an individual without vetting that individual’s ability at every stage of the process. So, that fact, is why they are taken much more seriously than any other UFO witnesses. When an astronaut speaks about UFOs or seeing anomalies in space or in the air, we should listen because they are some of the most highly trained people there are in existence.

What did the astronauts really observe? What did they really witness? Let’s start by taking a look at some real world examples.

Look at the blow-up below from the image above. The “blow-up” image is Cropped / Zoomed / Rotated for viewing convenience. There in the image is a black triangle. It is not a bird, and it is not a B-2 or Stealth Bomber, nor further is it an imulsion error (chemical processing error) in the image. Check out the pertinent image information below…

As UFO researchers, we hear all the time that there are no photos or video that are clear. They’re always blurry or shaky or fuzzy. Well, not in this photo taken by Major James McDivitt on the Gemini 4 mission during June of 1965 as the Gemini 4 spacecraft orbited earth. And on top of that it is a color photo as well which is rare for that period in history. This is possibly the most clear photo of a UFO ever taken and in the public domain! See the image below:

This has been just a smattering of the evidence available by serious UFO researchers. There are a great number more. You need only look for this information yourself. Use the links in this article or other articles to get you started or do your own research from scratch. The information is available to anyone willing to put in the time and effort to learn the truth about this subject. There is much more evidence already in the public domain ready to be discovered and more waiting to be declassified and reported on! Take the time to research this subject for yourself and I am certain that you will come away convinced that the evidence is abundant for the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis being valid. Any person that thoroughly researches this subject with an open mind and approaches the topic with critical thinking and logical thought processes will eventually realize that we have never been alone and ET life is abundant throughout the universe and is the norm, not the exception.
